We make it easy and secure for buyers across Africa to pay for their equipment. Whether you're paying upfront or through financing, we guide you every step of the way.

Secure, Flexible Payment — Across Africa

1.  Bank Transfer (Preferred for All Countries)

Pay directly into our Canadian or USD bank account from anywhere in Africa.

​

Currencies accepted: CAD, USD

​

Method: International SWIFT transfer

Receipts + documents issued immediately after confirmation

2. Zimbabwe-Specific Options

We understand the challenges with international payments from Zimbabwe.

 

That’s why we’ve made it easier:

​

a) Pay via USD Nostro Transfer

For businesses and individuals with access to foreign currency accounts (FCAs).
 

  • Send directly from your USD Nostro account to our Canadian account via SWIFT.

  • We’ll issue all payment confirmations and invoices.

​

b) Cash USD (Harare/Byo drop-off)

We may accept USD cash payments in Harare or Bulawayo through trusted in-person agents.
 

  • Only available for trusted clients or approved buyers

  • Proof of payment and receipt issued on-site

  • Secure and counted in your presence

​

(Note: Cash option may include a 1–2% processing fee depending on exchange partner used.)

3. Africa-Wide Payment Options

a) Local Transfer via Trusted Partners


In selected countries, we accept local transfers in local currency (ZMW, ZAR, NGN, etc.) through our vetted payment partners.

​

  • You pay in your country, we process your payment in Canada

  • Local exchange rates and processing fees apply

  • Available in 🇿🇲 Zambia, 🇿🇦 South Africa, 🇳🇬 Nigeria (upon request)

b) Bureau de Change / Forex Agents


You can work with your preferred forex or money transfer agent. We’ll supply all invoice details and assist with coordination if needed.

4. Financing (Pay Over Time)

  • Want to spread out payments?

​

  • Available on equipment over $15,000 CAD

​

  • Requires 30% down payment

​

  • Pay over 6–18 months (via USD, CAD, or approved local channel)

​

  • No credit history required for pre-approval

5. Split Payments (By Request)

Sometimes, one-time payment isn’t possible. We allow:

​

  • 50% upfront to lock the machine

​

  • 50% before it ships from Canada

​

Split payments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, especially for newer buyers.

  • Photos & inspection confirmation before shipping

​

  • Bill of Lading & export documents

​

  • Ownership/title papers

​

  • WhatsApp/email updates at every stage

  • Payments are only made to verified business accounts

  • We offer escrow and milestone release options for bulk or high-value buyers

​

  • We don’t release machines or funds until terms are met
